Fees for Court Records in Martin County

Per F.S.§28.24(6)(a), the Martin County Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller’s Office charges $1.00 per page for copies of hard copy or electronic court records. Certified copies cost $2 per document. The Clerk also charges similar fees for vital records, like divorce and marriage certificates. The Martin County Health Department maintains other vital records, such as birth and death certificates, and the fees differ from those for court records. Birth certificates cost $17 while death certificates cost $15.

The Martin County Circuit Court Family Division hears cases involving divorce, paternity, child custody and support, modification proceedings, adoptions, name changes, and domestic violence injunctions.
